Be intuitive. Be present. Take the time and stop. Stay focused. Embrace the hard emotions and push through it instead of walking away. Establish a unique relationship with each child. Think ahead. Use your skill sets and focus from the workplace and bring it home. ⁣

These are just some of the wisdom I heard yesterday when I got to meet @jofrost in person over afternoon tea. I was a huge fan of her show from the first season so it was such a treat to meet her in person as a soon-to-be mom of four. ⁣
⁣
What I love about @jofrost and @supernanny is that she has this gift of seeing underneath the surface level behavioral issues and offering lasting solutions that address the fundamental problems in the family dynamic. ⁣
⁣
Parenting is one of the hardest tasks but I am feeling a lot more confident in my ability to be in tune with each child as an individual and soul. I need to be- I’ll soon be mothering 4 kids! Meeting her in person was a gift and I’m excited for the new season. Now that I’m expecting my fourth child, I’ve been nostalgic about my earlier days of motherhood. I’ve certainly grown and changed a lot as a mother, but there’s one thing that didn’t change, the importance of routine baby checkups. Watch this video to take a trip down the memory lane with me! ⁣

My 4th baby gave me the coolest sonogram photo of yawning (or smiling?) and thanks to @cotton.stories, I was able to turn it to permanent artwork that I can cherish forever. ⁣

Each hand painted detail is so beautiful and it comes in nice packaging with embossed detail- it’s the perfect gift for any expectant mom! ⁣

I have my 37 weeks appointment today and dealing with the worst round ligament pain. I’m trying my best to enjoy these last few weeks of my last pregnancy because as crazy as it sounds, I know I’ll miss these days one day!🤰🏻#mommydiarypregnancy

What’s in a name?⁣
⁣
How do you name your kids? I know many people have their future baby’s names picked out years before—I know I did. But when it came down to really naming my child reality was a little different. ⁣
⁣
I’m 3 weeks away from my due date and I still don’t have a name yet. There’s a name I liked for a 3rd girl if I ever had one but the name has gotten so popular over the years it lost its special meaning for me. ⁣
⁣
And today there’s a name that just keeps resonating with me even though it’s so different from my usual style. I can’t think of any other alternative, this one name just feels so right for her. ⁣
⁣
Either way I plan to finalize after she is born. ⁣
⁣

13 years ago I had my second baby girl who was born with crystal clear eyes. She first opened her eyes at the hospital and both my husband and I were blown away at her beautiful aura! I still remember that moment like yesterday. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Today is her 13th birthday and we spent all day yesterday celebrating with her friends at a Celestial birthday party. It was a celebration of so many young talents in one room, not to mention kind hearts where everyone was included and anyone can be who they wish to be! ⁣⁣⁣⁣(watch my story for all the fun!)

These 13 years olds are so much more confident, joyous, exuberant and expressive than I was at the age and even though my 37 weeks pregnant body was tired, my heart was so full. Thank you everyone for coming and making the day special and thank you @tessayinah for being born as my daughter! ⁣⁣⁣⁣

You are my dream come true- a daughter I always dreamed of having since I was a little girl. You rocked your first 13 years and I’m so excited to witness more of your talents, passions and dreams unfold. Mommy will be here always! Happiest birthday to you @tessayinah, thank you for all that you are, for all that you do! I love you so much baby girl. 🌙⭐️❤️⁣⁣⁣⁣
