How to make healthy fruit and vegetable juice at home!
Healthy Juice At Home Recipe: Immunity and Gut Health
Eating fruits and vegetables is great for your overall health. It also provides lots of vitamins, minerals, and it’s high in fiber. While our bodies can greatly benefit from fruits and vegetables, it can be difficult to incorporate them into your everyday routine.
In fact, I recently invested in a juicer as a way of adding more fruits and vegetables into my everyday routine. I do not recommend juicing as a meal replacement, but I do think that it is a great supplement to your normal diet.
Our bodies are able to absorb and digest liquids quicker than solids, which is why juicing is a great way to eat fruits and vegetables effortlessly.
With no added sugars, these recipes bring natural sweet flavors together into a healthy juice that will have both you and your kids eager to grab another glass.
Here are two recipes to try if you have a juicer: Immunity Juice & Gut Health Juice
If you don’t have a juicer, I recommend using a high quality blender and then following up with a mesh strainer.

Gut Health Recipe

- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 head of celery
- 2 ginger
- 1 apple
Tools:
- juicer
- cutting board
- peeler
Steps:
- Wash, peel, and skin all fruits and vegetables (remove skin from oranges, wash carrots, cut apple and remove skin, also remove skin from lemon, skin ginger, skin cucumber, wash celery )
- Place ingredients into the juicer per recipe instructions & enjoy!
In addition, I recommend drinking the juice right away as it tastes best and holds the most nutrients. But if you would like to store your excess juice, use an airtight mason jar or container. Then discard after 3 days or place in the freezer.
