We experience a lot of precious moments, but the challenges can be overwhelming, especially for new moms. As a mother of four, I can offer my tips for new moms and even my game-changing mommy survival kit. But sometimes all we really need is a few words of encouragement. Between the numerous responsibilities, physical and social changes, and fluctuating hormones, it’s no wonder that so many moms feel discouraged.
