What’s the most used space in your home? For my family, it’s the kitchen. In fact we spend so much time in the kitchen that it’s safe to say we begin and end our day here. I was recently in the market for a new refrigerator because my old refrigerator needed an upgrade. As a busy mom of three kids, a refrigerator is one of the most important household purchases because I know how much it gets used by every member of the family. My days are already filled with appointments, shopping lists, things to remember not only for myself but for everyone else and frankly, life can get overwhelming. The large display screen on the Samsung Family Hub is so attractive and innovative, it’s hard to go back to a standard refrigerator once you’ve seen and used it. With this new technology, your refrigerator is so much more than a refrigerator! The screen works similarly to the Samsung smartphone and all you need is your finger to swipe up and down, play music, stream video, watching Samsung TV, download apps, draw pictures, input appointments into the calendar, make shopping lists, etc.

Some of my favorite apps are Pandora for music, Pinterest for inspirations, AllRecipes for recipe ideas and Ring app to see who is at the front door. Having these apps on your refrigerator is great because you no longer have to rely on your phone for every little task. I also love being able to play music while cooking and browse the internet without having a laptop.

2. Makes my life easier like a personal assistant

My previous refrigerator was just a refrigerator. The Samsung Family Hub does so much more, almost like having our own personal assistant in the kitchen. I can use the Family Hub app right from my phone to see what’s in my refrigerator using the built-in camera, create a shopping list, add schedules to the calendar so the whole family can see, and leave quick messages, drawings and notes for the family throughout the day.

One of my favorite features is its ability to show me who’s at the front door every time the doorbell rings through the Ring™ app. It makes life so much easier especially when I’m busy cooking or feeding the kids in the kitchen. Samsung Family Hub is the most remarkable refrigerator I’ve seen and it lessens my mental load which is priceless for busy, multitasking moms like myself.

The best part of Samsung Family Hub is that it updates automatically through WiFi and requires little work from me. This also means that Samsung will continue releasing new apps and features onto the Family Hub for years to come. After using the Samsung Family Hub for a few months, I can confidently say that it’s the best investment you can make to create your own family hub in the kitchen!

4. A new way to keep food and drinks fresher, stay organized and stay connected

My Samsung Family Hub model is the 22.6 cu ft Family hub with 4-door french door and recessed handles. I use it to store my favorite drinks like wine, sparkling water and coconut water for whole family. I love that it keeps my drinks organized and cooled at all times.
