me and 3 of my children suffer from eczema and it can get really rough in the winter. the points given are pretty much what we have to do year round or else we are a group of itchy individuals lol

These are great tips. I always forget about the sun screen in winter. I have been spacing out my daughters baths more and her skin doesn’t seem as dry. Thank you for sharing.
