We use humidifiers all throughout winter. And when they start to get sick a few drops of eucalyptus on their sheets and in their showers helps clear up congestion.

Now I spend all of flu season watching and worrying. Thankfully this hasn’t been a bad flu season in our area!
My kids’ school does hand-washing training and teaches each kid how to cough and cover and I’m SO THANKFUL!
